EXPERIENCED PAINTING SUBCONTRACTOR CREWS WANTED – NH / MA / SOUTHERN M

Established New Hampshire painting and carpentry company is looking to build relationships with experienced, professional, insured subcontractor painting crews for ongoing residential and commercial work throughout The Seacoast of New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, and occasionally Southern Maine.

We are looking for reliable crews who take pride in their work and are interested in developing a strong, long-term working relationship.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience with exterior residential painting
• Strong knowledge of proper prep, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking and finish painting
• Carpentry and exterior wood repair skills strongly preferred
• Experience working on wood siding, clapboards, trim, fascia, soffits, window trim and similar exterior surfaces
• Must carry appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage where required
• Must have your own professional tools, ladders and equipment
• Must have reliable transportation capable of getting your crew and equipment to job sites
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout NH and MA, with occasional projects in Southern Maine
• Must maintain a clean, organized and respectful job site
• Strong communication skills with our project managers, customers and other trades
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Dependable — showing up when scheduled and completing projects within agreed timelines is extremely important
• Must respect customers' homes and properties at all times

We are not looking for inexperienced painters or individuals needing to be trained. We are looking for established painters and crews who understand professional exterior painting and can step onto a project and perform at a high level.
