Job Description:

At Peterson Toyota, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. As a leading Toyota dealership, we are committed to excellence and are looking to expand our team with a skilled Parts Back Counterman to support our service department.
Responsibilities:
We are currently accepting applications for a future Parts Back Counterman position. In this role, you will be crucial in assisting our service writers and technicians with the parts needed for vehicle servicing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately identifying and sourcing parts for service requests.
• Managing parts inventory and ensuring timely availability of required components.
• Providing expert advice and assistance to service writers and technicians.
• Maintaining organized and efficient parts storage and handling.
• Handling parts-related inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive parts, specifically Toyota/Lexus experience.
• Experience with CDK Dealer Management System is required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• This position is for Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm. Off Sunday and Monday.
