Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our dynamic team serving Wake Forest and North Raleigh communities. In this vital role, you will deliver top-tier plumbing services to residential clients, troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, and perform installations and repairs with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure our customers experience reliable, efficient solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve a wide range of residential plumbing and light commercial issues, including leaks, clogs, water heater repairs, fixture replacements etc.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction plumbing techniques.
Communicate clearly with customers and explain jobs details in field management software. Have a heart of a teacher.
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Assist in training junior team members or apprentices as needed to promote skill development.

Experience:

4+ years of plumbing experience as a residential service plumber
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction machinery safely.
Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to deliver outstanding customer service.
