Position: Full-Time Plumbing Technician (Service, Maintenance, Remodeling)
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 / hour

Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work for residential homes, apartment buildings, and light commercial properties.
• Execute plumbing tasks for remodeling projects (re-piping, fixture installations, and moving lines).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace water heaters, fixtures, leaks, drains, and main lines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and represent our company professionally to clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience (preferred focus on service and residential remodeling).
• Physical Capability: Physically able to perform all standard plumbing duties, including lifting heavy equipment (50-75 lbs), working in tight spaces (crawl spaces/under sinks), and standing/kneeling for extended periods.
• Driving & Commute: Valid California Driver’s License with a clean 3-year driving record (insurable by our commercial carrier). Must have a reliable means of transportation to commute to work daily.
• Communication skills: Fluently speak, read, and write English.
• Reliability: Punctual, honest, and possessing the basic skills of the trade.
• Safety & Drug-Free Standard: Our plumbers work independently in private homes and commercial properties, and safety and reliability are our top priorities. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for active substance abuse and illegal drug use.
