Are you a skilled plumber or electrician looking for independent contracting opportunities? We are a small company that works mostly with Home warranties and Property Management companies.

Our company is seeking reliable and experienced individuals to join our team on a 1099 or W2 basis.

**Position: ** Plumbing and Electrical Contractors
**Prefer someone who lives or is open to work the following areas: Towson, Parkville, Essex, Pikesville
**Responsibilities:**

• Perform plumbing/electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical work.
• Valid plumbing/electrical license or certification.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Own tools and transportation.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

**Compensation:** Commission based on experience and project scope.
