Key Responsibilities:

Drain Cleaning & Diagnostics: Operate professional drain cleaning machinery, Hydro Jetters, and video inspection cameras to accurately locate, diagnose, and clear complex line blockages.

Install & Repair: Expertly handle residential and commercial water heaters (standard and tankless) and all standard plumbing fixtures.

Technical Work: Perform high-quality repiping, drainage work, and precise copper work.

Specialized Equipment: Operate professional drain cleaning machinery, Hydro Jetters, and video inspection cameras to accurately diagnose lines.

Code Compliance: Ensure all installations meet or exceed local California plumbing codes.

Clear Communication: Maintain seamless real-time updates with the office dispatch team via tablet/mobile device.

Customer Experience: Deliver clean, transparent, and professional service to our regional clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience.

Skills: Proven proficiency with Hydro Jetting, sewer cameras, and water heater troubleshooting/swaps.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps for invoicing and dispatch (ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus!).

Physical Ability: Able to lift 50–100 lbs. and work comfortably in varied environments (crawl spaces, roofs, outdoors).

License: Must have a valid California driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Reliability: A strong, professional demeanor and a rotating flexibility for after-hours/on-call schedules.
