Experienced Plumber – Part-Time (Immediate Hire)

Maxwell Tribeca is looking for a skilled, reliable, and proactive Plumber for on-call and side-work assignments. If you currently work in the field but are looking to pick up extra hours and steady, direct-pay projects on the side, we want to connect with you!

We have immediate general maintenance needs, as well as specific upcoming infrastructure projects in our hospitality areas.

1) Responsibilities:

* Perform general plumbing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site on an as-needed basis.
*Ice Machine Installation: Supply and install water lines and drain connections for a new commercial ice machine in our service area (including shutoff valves and necessary fittings).
*New Supply Lines: Assess, upgrade, and replace existing supply lines in the service and hospitality areas to support the repositioning of fixtures.
*Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water pressure issues, and piping components efficiently.
*Ensure full compliance with NYC safety regulations and building codes.

2) Requirements:

*Proven practical experience in commercial plumbing work and general facility maintenance.
*Specific experience with commercial kitchen/bar equipment hookups (ice machines, supply lines, drains).
*Highly resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently.
*Availability: Flexible for part-time assignments, specific projects, and on-call requests.
*Must have your own tools and reliable transportation to Tribeca.

(NYC Licensed Master Plumber or Journeyman license is a plus, but not mandatory if you have solid commercial experience.)
