Experienced Sewer & Drain Specialist – $85K–$100K – Full Time + Benefits

We are a well-established, locally owned plumbing company that has been serving Marin County for over 35 years, and we're looking for an experienced Sewer & Drain Specialist to join our team full-time.
We have a strong existing customer base, steady work, and the equipment needed to get the job done. We're looking for someone who can confidently handle sewer and drain calls from diagnosis through completion.
Experience Required
Applicants should have 3–5+ years of hands-on sewer and drain experience, including:
- Main line clearing
- Main line preventative maintenance
- Root removal/rooting
- Toilet augering
- Kitchen sink backups
- Shower and tub drains
- French drains
- Installing cleanouts
- Sewer spot repairs
- Sewer lateral repair & replacement
- Video camera inspections
- Sewer and drain diagnostics
- Sump pump maintenance & service
- Sewer ejector pump maintenance & service
We're Looking for Someone Who Can:
- Independently diagnose sewer and drain issues
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Estimate sewer and drain repairs
- Handle customer communication professionally
- Work with homeowners and property managers
- Complete jobs efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate job documentation
A clean driving record, reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills are required.
