A & R Plumbing-Drains is growing, and we are looking for experienced Plumbing Service Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and being part of a strong team.

What Will You Do?

Diagnose, repair, replace, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems while following plumbing codes and safety standards.
Service and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, garbage disposals, and water heaters.
Repair and service water lines, gas lines, drain lines, sewer lines, pumps, valves, and other plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot plumbing problems, including leaks, backups, low water pressure, and issues located behind walls, ceilings, floors, or underground.
Inspect plumbing systems, explain repair options, and provide accurate estimates to customers.
Perform drain cleaning services for sewer lines, kitchen lines, laundry lines, and storm drains.
Operate professional plumbing equipment, including sewer cameras, cable machines, jetters, and locating equipment.
Safely use ladders, tools, and equipment while following proper safety procedures.
Research, order, and track parts while keeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Maintain accurate job records, invoices, photos, and documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting company quality and performance goals.
Work overtime as needed and perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
2+ years of plumbing service experience
Drain cleaning and sewer experience preferred
Experience with cable machines, sewer cameras, and jetters a plus
Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain repairs clearly and professionally
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in different job conditions
