Experienced Pressure Washing Technician – $120–$220/Day

Zion’s REO Specialists is currently hiring an Experienced Pressure Washing Technician to join our team.

Pay: $120–$220 per day, based on experience and skill level.

We provide commercial and municipal pressure washing services throughout South Florida. Work includes cleaning sidewalks, curbs, medians, parks, commercial buildings, and other exterior surfaces using professional pressure washing equipment.

Responsibilities

*Operate commercial pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
*Pressure clean sidewalks, curbs, medians, parks, buildings, and other commercial/public areas
*Properly apply cleaning chemicals based on surface and job requirements
*Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of pressure washing equipment
*Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
*Set up cones, barricades, and safety equipment when required
*Follow company, client, and job-site safety procedures
*Complete assigned jobs efficiently and on schedule
*Maintain professional communication with supervisors and customers

Requirements

*Minimum 1 year of pressure washing experience required
*Valid Driver’s License required
*Reliable transportation to report to work
*Experience operating commercial pressure washing equipment
*Knowledge of proper chemical handling and surface-cleaning techniques
*Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
*Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
*Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
*Strong attention to detail and quality
*Must be comfortable working outdoors in South Florida weather

Preferred
*Commercial or municipal pressure washing experience
*Experience using surface cleaners and professional pressure washing equipment
*Basic pressure washer maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge
*Strong time-management and problem-solving skills

Compensation

$120–$220 per day, based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.
