EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION PAINTERS – PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT

This is a HIGH-PRODUCTION position for experienced painters only.

Prevailing wage is being paid for this project, and we expect prevailing-wage-level production in return.

You must be able to PROVE YOUR SKILL AND PRODUCTION ON THE JOB.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experienced professional painters
Fast, clean and consistent production
Brush and roll at a professional pace
Freehand cut straight lines
Roll large quantities of walls efficiently
Spray with an airless sprayer
Mask and protect efficiently
Patch, sand, caulk and perform normal paint preparation
Work independently without constant supervision
Follow directions and maintain quality while working at production speed
Interior and exterior experience
Comfortable working from ladders and appropriate job-site equipment
THIS IS NOT A TRAINING POSITION

We are not looking for someone who has painted occasionally or someone who needs to be taught the trade.

You will be expected to demonstrate your abilities.

Production and quality will be evaluated immediately.

Being able to paint is not enough. You must be able to produce professional-quality work at a commercial production pace.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional painting experience
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Dependable attendance
Must pass a background check
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
W-2 employment — no subcontractors

PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT

Pay will be according to the applicable prevailing-wage classification and project requirements.
