Super Pacific designs and manufactures premium outdoor products built for adventure. We are looking for an experienced Production Sewing Specialist who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently in a production environment, and is committed to producing high-quality products.

Position Summary:

The Production Sewing Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of sewing and assembling tents and related soft goods. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain quality standards, and a commitment to keeping a safe, organized, and clean work area. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, works well with others, and takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities:

-Perform all aspects of sewing and assembly for tent production.
-Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
-Read and follow production instructions, patterns, and specifications.
-Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
-Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the production process.
-Assist with cutting, trimming, finishing, and other production tasks as needed.
-Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
-Meet production goals while maintaining product quality.
-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
-Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

-Previous production sewing experience required.
-Experience sewing outdoor products, tents, upholstery, marine canvas, technical fabrics, or similar products is highly preferred.
-Proficiency operating industrial sewing machines.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
