Weber Water Resources is seeking an experienced Pump Rig Operator with a proven history of safely operating pump rigs in the field. We are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, maintain equipment properly, and have a strong work ethic.

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically seeking operators with substantial hands-on pump rig operating experience.

Compensation

Starting at $32.00/hour (Higher pay available depending on experience, licenses, and certifications.)
Full-time
Overtime available (up to approximately 60 hours per week)
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience operating pump rigs
Strong understanding of pump installation, pulling and setting pumps, and related field operations
Clean driving record for the past five years
Valid California Driver License
Reliable transportation to reporting location
Ability to travel and work out of town as projects require
Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and work around heavy equipment
Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants with:

California Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)

Tanker endorsement
Air Brake endorsement
Doubles/Triples endorsement
Crane certification
Forklift certification
Heavy equipment operating experience
Experience towing heavy trailers
Mechanical or hydraulic troubleshooting experience
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
First Aid/CPR certification
MSHA certification (if applicable)
Multiple equipment certifications
Experience operating drilling or pump service equipment
