Expectations:

Read Blueprints and understand engineering
Communicate daily updates with homeowners and office
Order materials
Calling in inspections
Manage helper or helpers.
Complete bathroom & kitchen remodels
Complete home additions or ADU’s
Trades you must be proficient in:
Framing
Siding & Windows
Drywall Patching
Interior & Exterior Painting
Installation of cabinets
Installation of trim & doors
Tile Prep
Tile Install
Flooring
