Saw Dog Construction is looking for a skilled residential remodeler to join our team in the Denver metro area.

We’re not just looking for someone who knows construction. We want someone who is hungry, humble, and smart.

Hungry: You show up ready to work, stay productive, take initiative, and don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do.

Humble: You take pride in doing great work without acting like you know everything. You can take feedback, help the crew, admit when you don’t know something, and care more about getting the job done right than getting credit.

Smart: You know how to work with customers and other trades, communicate clearly, think ahead, solve problems, and use good judgment on a jobsite.

We do a variety of residential remodeling work, including:

• Basement finishing
• Bathroom remodeling
• Framing and carpentry
• Drywall and repairs
• Trim and finish work
• Flooring
• Cabinets and built-ins
• Demo and general remodeling

Tile experience is a big plus.

We want someone who can eventually be trusted to walk onto a project, understand what needs to happen, and keep things moving without being babysat.

Requirements:

• Solid residential remodeling experience
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and on time
• Clean and respectful in customers’ homes
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Takes ownership of their work

Pay depends on experience and ability.
