Looking for an " Experienced " remodeling Lead Carpenter that can work independently on a project who has pride in workman ship.

We do full and total remodels for several investors in SJ areas .

kitchens ,bathrooms ,basements, trim, hang doors, baseboard etc. and various remodeling projects

NEEDED on this project Mays Landing project is some DEMO re-framing of wood rot repairs ( rotted rim/floor joists, sole plates , move a wall,jack up sagged floor joists install new PT plate .possibly some minor block work.

The complete job will be done from repairs to completion consisting of bath rooms kitchen doors trim tile paint flooring and painting.

SIDING WINDOWS AND ROOF ARE COVERED BY OTHERS ON THIS PROJECT.

WE ALSO HAVE OTHER JOBS IN THE PIPELINE
