Versatile Remodeling Tradesperson – Metro Phoenix Area

We’re seeking a talented, experienced remodeling tradesperson capable of handling most aspects of residential/commercial property remodels and improvements. You’ll work on a variety of property renovation projects throughout Maricopa County.

Primary Skills & Responsibilities:

Demolition – safe and efficient removal of existing materials

Remediation – water damage, mold removal, and cleanup (training provided)

Property Repairs – interior and exterior, including outdoor structures

Space Modifications – removing walls, adjusting ceilings, converting rooms or garages

Property Additions – framing, insulation, drywall, paint, and finishing

Windows & Doors – installation and replacement

Flooring – all types (tile, wood, laminate, vinyl, etc.)

Fixtures & Finishes – cabinets, vanities, lighting, kitchen & bath sinks, faucets, showers

Exterior Work – paint, stucco, siding, fascia, pavers, and more

Position Details:

Full‑time, 40‑hour work week: M to F

Vacation and sick time benefits earned with tenure

All projects within Maricopa County — no long commutes

Must have legal status to work in the U.S., reliable transportation and personal tools

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential remodeling, tenant improvements and finish work

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Professional communication and reliability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Leadership potential a plus — ability to oversee small crews or project phases
