We are a General Contracting Company in business for over 19 years. All work is local in Sonoma County.
Primarily -Residential projects. Our focus is on high-end custom remodeling and New Home Construction. The perfect fit for this position will be a team player with the knowledge, skill set, and experience to perform the job with a great attitude and the goal of achieving client satisfaction while delivering the high-quality work we pride ourselves on, as well as being an even-tempered leader.

Qualifications:
- Strong Solid Background in the Construction Industry
- Experience in BuilderTrend or similar organization programs
- Experience in Residential builds
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience in Subcontracts and Change Orders
- Excellent Communication, Patience, and Customer Service Skills
- Organization skills
- A Positive, Great Attitude
- A Team Player is required, must be able to get along with everyone.
- Ability to read and Interpret Plans
Experience listed above to be considered
Excellent crew management skills
Computer and Gantt chart skills
Knowledge of Residential Construction Safety requirements
Valid California state driver's license.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Must understand and be able to communicate, read and write in English.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
