Experienced Residential Construction Worker / Carpenter

Experienced Residential Construction Worker / Carpenter – $20–$24/hr
Small, established residential contracting company is looking for 1–2 dependable, experienced construction workers to join our crew.
Current project: New garage construction in Sunman, Indiana
Typical work area: Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky & Southeast Indiana
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8/9 AM–4/5 PM
Pay: $20–$24/hour depending on experience and skill
Start: Within the next few weeks
We're looking for someone with at least 1–2 years of hands-on construction or remodeling experience who is comfortable working independently once given instructions.
This is NOT an entry-level general labor position. You don't need to know everything, but you should understand residential construction, know your way around common hand and power tools, and be able to complete assigned work without someone constantly supervising you.
Experience in some of the following is preferred:

• Framing / carpentry
• New construction
• Residential remodeling
• Siding / exterior work
• Drywall
• Doors and windows
• Trim / finish carpentry
• Flooring
• Demolition and general construction

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who:

• Shows up every day and on time.
• Has reliable transportation
• Can be trusted to work independently
• Takes pride in doing things correctly
• Works steadily without constant supervision
• Communicates if there's a problem or question
• Treats customers' homes and property respectfully
• Is safe and responsible on the jobsite

You'll work directly with an experienced residential contractor and have the opportunity to expand your skills across many areas of construction.
We're looking for someone who can become a dependable long-term part of a small crew—not just someone looking to pick up a few days of work.
