Experienced Residential Electrician

BasementRemodeling.com is a busy basement finishing company in the DMV, and we’re hiring an experienced residential electrician to lead the electrical side of our projects.

No license needed: We are a licensed electrical company, and all work is done under our company license. You don’t need your own electrical license to apply, just solid hands-on experience.

What you’ll do:

Meet with clients at their homes and walk through the electrical scope;
Lay out basements: lighting, outlets, circuits and panel needs;
Schedule and coordinate our electrical crews;
Do hands-on electrical work yourself when needed;
Help our project managers on job sites when electrical work is slow;
Hire and train electricians;
Order bulk materials and keep stock;
Ensure operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of residential electrical experience
Comfortable talking with homeowners in a professional, friendly way
Able to read plans and create layouts
Organized and reliable, with good scheduling skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
