Experienced Residential Framers Wanted – Employees or Subcontractors

H&B is looking to hire 2 experienced residential framers or an established framing subcontractor.

We currently have 15 projects in permitting, with 4 jobs ready to start immediately, and a strong backlog of work through the end of the year.

Requirements (No Exceptions):

Must have your own complete set of tools
Circular saw
Nail guns
Air compressor
Air hoses
Extension cords
Hand tools
Reliable transportation
Ability to read plans and frame residential projects
Show up on time and work safely

You do NOT have to bring your own full crew. Individual framers are welcome and can work alongside members of our existing crew.

Custom homes
Home additions
Basement finishes
Garage conversions
Decks
Structural remodels
