Experienced Residential House Painter – Meridian Idaho

A local family-owned business is looking for a painter with repainting experience. If you are looking for an opportunity to show off your skills or have a desire to learn a trade, we'd like to talk to you.

We have a reputation for providing clean work with timely completion, and you must have the same work ethic. This is a full-time position with weekly pay. We can start you right away if you are the right fit. To save us both time, if you do not meet all of the following requirements, please do not apply.

Painters

• 3+ years of painting experience is a must and not negotiable
• Valid driver's license and legal right to work in the US
• You must have your own transportation (bus, walking, friend’s car will not work)
• You must have your own hand tools
• You must be prepared to wear clean, good-condition whites every day
• You must have a good attitude and be flexible to schedule changes
• You must be willing to climb ladders and not afraid of heights
• You must have experience with latex and oil-based paints and stains.
• You must have painted at least 1 full year on residential repaints.

Painter Helpers

• 1 year of work experience doing anything physical outdoors
• A natural curiosity for how things are done
• A willingness to learn and be open to being coached along the way
• A track record for showing up to work daily
• Valid driver's license and legal right to work in the US
• You must have your own transportation (bus, walking, friend’s car will not work)
• You must be prepared to wear clean, good-condition whites every day
• You must have a good attitude and be flexible to schedule changes
• You must be willing to climb ladders and not afraid of heights

We are looking for hard workers who can handle the pressure and intensity of the height of painting season; we are already booked through winter 2026. There’s great money to be made for the right person. The expectation is that you can work with a team and that you have all the knowledge and skills required to produce a good finished product or a true willingness to learn.
