Schedule: Day Shift – No Weekends
Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Residential Carpenter with strong experience in interior rough and finish carpentry and general residential construction.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow. We are looking for an individual who can progress into a Site Supervisor position. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to coordinate and schedule other trades are essential.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of residential construction experience

Skilled in interior finish carpentry

Skilled in framing, drywall, and painting

Expertise with exterior siding and decks

Strong problem-solving ability and able to work independently

Effective communication skills; team-oriented

Own cell phone and reliable transportation

Own general hand tools

Steel-toe boots and gloves

Ability to lift materials and work on ladders

Ability to travel up to a 30-mile radius from San Francisco, CA
