Experienced Residential Remodel Construction

We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and hardworking construction professional to join
our residential remodeling company.
We specialize in high-end residential remodeling, and we are looking for someone with a strong work
ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional standard.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Demolition
Framing
Drywall installation and finishing
Basic electrical work
Basic plumbing
General remodeling and construction tasks
Reading and following construction plans and specifications
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in high-end residential construction/remodeling
Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
Ability to read, understand, and follow plans and specifications
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Valid auto insurance
Own the necessary tools to complete assigned tasks
Dependable and punctual
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Able to communicate effectively in English
Professional appearance and conduct
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must take pride in keeping the job site clean and organized
