Experienced Residential Remodeler – Immediate Opening

Fissile Home Solutions is looking for an experienced residential remodeler for immediate work, with the opportunity for consistent/full-time work for the right person.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in several of the following:

• Drywall patching and repair
• Drywall hanging, taping and finishing
• Light residential framing – walls, door/window openings, blocking
• Basic residential electrical – outlets, switches, recessed lighting, breakers and basic wiring
• Basic/finish plumbing – P-traps, faucets, angle stops, garbage disposals and fixtures
• Prehung door installation
• Trim, cabinets and finish work
• General residential remodeling and punch-list work

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Own basic hand and power tools
• Able to understand and communicate detailed verbal and written job-site instructions in English
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to maintain a good, consistent work pace while producing quality work
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable traveling up to approximately 1.5 hours to job sites when necessary
• Inland Empire area preferred

PAY

All candidates begin with a one-week paid trial.

During the trial period, we evaluate actual skill level, quality of work, pace, reliability, communication and ability to work independently.
