Experienced Residential Remodeler Needed | Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC & Appliances

Do you have experience remodeling residential properties and working across multiple skilled trades?

Dominion Properties is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Residential Remodeler to join our Baltimore renovation team. You’ll help transform residential properties by completing renovations, installing essential systems and fixtures, and taking projects through the final punch list.

We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on residential remodeling experience. Strong experience with plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and appliance installation is important for success in this position.

Your Work May Include

Renovating kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
Installing sinks, faucets, toilets, and plumbing fixtures
Replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and electrical components
Assisting with HVAC installation, replacement, and troubleshooting
Installing and connecting refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other residential appliances
Installing flooring, cabinets, trim, doors, and fixtures
Completing drywall repairs, patching, and finishing
Performing demolition and preparing spaces for renovation
Correcting construction defects or incomplete work
Completing detailed renovation punch lists
Preparing finished homes for inspection and occupancy
We’re Looking for Someone Who
Has professional experience remodeling residential properties
Has strong hands-on plumbing experience
Understands residential electrical systems and installations
Has experience working with HVAC systems
Can properly install residential appliances
Is comfortable working across several construction trades
Can take a renovation project from rough work through final completion
Can diagnose problems and determine effective solutions
Produces clean, detailed, and dependable work
Can work independently without constant supervision
Has reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay of $20+/hour, based on experience
