Experienced Residential Roofing Subcontractor Crew Wanted

A local reputable Northeast Ohio exterior restoration company with over 21 years of hands-on roofing experience is looking to add one additional reliable residential roofing subcontractor crew to our subcontractor network for upcoming roof replacement and storm restoration projects.

We are looking for an established local crew that can complete residential roofing projects while following manufacturer installation instructions, local building code requirements, OSHA safety guidelines, approved scopes, and company jobsite standards.

Metal roofing experience is a plus, but not required.

We take pride in clean workmanship, proper installation, and doing things the right way. We are looking for a dependable crew that carries that same work ethic.

We are looking for a crew that takes the time to properly prep the roof deck after tear-off, address decking issues when required, follow the approved scope, and complete the roof system correctly. Crews that prioritize speed over proper prep, details, and cleanup will not be a good fit.

Work may include:

• Residential roofing jobs of all types
• Asphalt shingle roof replacements
• Storm restoration projects
• Re-decking / sheathing work when required
• Steep roof work when applicable
• Metal roofing work if experienced

Requirements:

• Established residential roofing subcontractor crew
• Local to Northeast Ohio
• General liability insurance
• Workers compensation coverage or proper exemption documentation
• Proper tools, ladders, equipment, and transportation
• References, photos, or examples of recent work
• Reliable communication and clean jobsite standards

Pay:

Pay is by the job and based on scope, pitch, height, layers, access, decking, difficulty, and project details.

We pay competitive rates for quality work and are looking for crews who care about doing the job right, not rushing through it.
