EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL SPRAY PAINTER / LEAD PAINTER
$27–$30/hour DOE + MONTHLY BONUS | FULL-TIME | NORTH SCOTTSDALE / PARADISE VALLEY
Crandall Painting & Stucco, Inc. is looking for an experienced residential painter with excellent airless spray skills to join our team.
EXCELLENT AIRLESS SPRAYING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
We are looking for a true painting professional who is highly confident with an airless sprayer and takes pride in producing a smooth, clean and professional finish.
Our work is primarily high-end residential painting in North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree and surrounding communities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of residential painting experience
Excellent airless spray skills — REQUIRED
Extensive experience spraying exterior stucco, doors, trim, woodwork and other residential surfaces
Ability to produce a smooth, consistent, professional finish
Strong knowledge of spray tip selection, pressure and proper application
Experience with backrolling when required
Excellent masking and job-site protection skills
Strong brush and roll skills
Excellent surface preparation skills
Experience with stucco, drywall repairs
2+ years of lead painter, foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
Ability to work alongside and direct painters and helpers
Ability to maintain a clean, organized job site
Professional appearance and communication around high-end homeowners
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Reliable and dependable
Willingness to work up to 45 hours per week and occasional Saturdays when needed
THIS IS A QUALITY PAINTING POSITION
We specialize in high-quality residential work, where preparation, protection and application all matter.
We're looking for someone who knows how to use an airless sprayer professionally — someone who understands how to spray large exterior surfaces as well as doors, trim and detailed areas where proper masking and overspray protection are critical.
You should take pride in your preparation, your finish and your job site.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$27–$30/hour, depending on experience
