EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT SUPERINTENDENT

Experienced restaurant superintendent needed for new construction restaurant in Perris. This is a full time position for a working superintendent. Requirements - two valid forms of ID, reliable transportation, hand tools, manage daily field operations & coordinate subcontractors, monitor project progress and address any issues that arise, conduct quality control checks and manage deliveries, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of construction processes, safety standards and regulations, ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans, experienced in project management and problem solving, able to work with inspectors, subcontractors and other employees, familiar with required paperwork such as daily logs, safety reports, etc.
