EXPERIENCED RESTORATION TECHNICIAN – $27–$35/HR

Busy NYC restoration company looking for a reliable, experienced technician to join our team.

We specialize in:

• Mold assessments & testing
• Mold remediation
• Water & flood damage mitigation
• Fire & smoke restoration
• Demolition & construction
• Structural drying & moisture control

**Pay: $27–$35/hr based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.**

We’re looking for someone with hands-on restoration or construction experience who can step onto a job and contribute immediately.

**Requirements:**

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with physical work and PPE
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with drying equipment, containment, demolition, HEPA cleaning, and moisture detection preferred
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
• IICRC, mold, or other industry certifications are a plus
• Employment may be subject to applicable background screening conducted in accordance with NYC and NYS law

Lead technician or crew management experience is a major plus.

Can start part-time with the opportunity to transition quickly into a full-time position based on performance, reliability, and availability.
