Experienced retail construction superintendent

WORK TO BEGIN BY TRAVELING IMMEDIATELY TO START PROJECT AS OF MONDAY 8/24: Looking for a local superintendent with Retail experience, who is reliable, can read drawings, has their own tools and transportation, knows how to do daily updates and photos, can handle building departments (permits/inspections), can schedule subcontractors according to the schedule provided by the Project Manager, is familiar with ADA regulations, is respectful and willing to work with others, can lead a crew efficiently, and can keep a clean and organized jobsite.
