Experienced Roofer / Estimator – $30/hr + Commission

We are seeking an Experienced Roofer / Estimator to join our team in San Francisco

Responsibilities:

Perform roof inspections, leak diagnoses, and repair/replacement estimates.

Communicate clearly with clients and present project proposals.

Manage and work alongside on-site crews during installations and repairs.

Generate new sales leads and follow up on incoming company leads.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in residential/commercial roofing and estimating.

Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and installation methods.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay & Benefits:

Pay: $30.00/hour base + commission on self-generated leads
