Need someone reliable, experienced, and able to handle roof repairs without constant supervision.
Work may include:
- Shingle repairs and replacement
- Fascia and soffit repairs
- Roof leak diagnosis and repair
- Drip edge and flashing repairs
- Minor decking and wood replacement
- General residential roof repairs
- Emergency repair work as needed
- Prior roofing experience
- Reliable transportation
- Basic roofing tools
- Comfortable working on two story homes and pitched roofs
- Dependable and able to show up when scheduled
- Must provide clear before, during, and after photos
- Must communicate immediately if additional damage or problems are discovered
