ABOUT THE ROLE (ROOFER / WATERPROOFING SPECIALIST)
We are seeking a highly skilled Roofer or Waterproofing Specialist to execute high-quality roofing, waterproofing, and exterior repair projects. You’ll bring your trade expertise to our crew, ensuring top-tier installation, problem-solving on site, and maintaining our high safety standards. Great fit for a dedicated professional looking for a long-term career with a winning team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Execute waterproofing, roofing installations, and complex repairs with precision.
• Perform specialized tasks including torch roofing, shingle installation, and exterior building maintenance.
• Repair building façades, working proficiently with concrete or brick.
• Safely access and operate on high-rises and difficult drops (Bosun Chair experience is highly valued).
• Follow and enforce strict safety rules (Cal/OSHA), wear PPE, and flag hazards.
• Take job photos and document progress on a phone/tablet as directed.
• Drive for materials or dump runs (if approved and insured).

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of proven experience in construction, roofing, or waterproofing.
• BIG PLUS: Experience working in a Bosun Chair / suspended scaffolding.
• PLUS: Experience with torch down roofing, shingles roofing, and façade repair (concrete or brick).
• Reliable, on-time, coachable; positive team attitude.
• Able to lift 75 lbs, work at heights, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Safety-first mindset; listens and follows directions.
• CA driver’s license & reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for time, photos, and simple apps.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 a plus.
