Spartan Roofing & Solar is a GAF Master Elite installation company hiring experienced roofing installers and working crew leads. We install GAF shingles, tile, and low-slope roofing systems.
We’re looking for skilled roofers who take pride in quality work, work safely, and want opportunities to earn more and advance.
PAY & OPPORTUNITY
- Shingle installation: $46 per square for standard-pitch roofs, shared among the installation crew.
- Crew lead override: An additional $7 per square for lead responsibilities.
- Tear-off is paid separately when your crew performs it. We usually have the roofs torn off by others
- Additional pay for pitch, difficulty, woodwork, Tile and flat.
- Hourly repair jobs: Crew members typically earn $35–$38/hour. Crew leads typically earn above $40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Opportunity for experienced installers to advance into crew lead positions.
We’re hiring roofers experienced in one or more of these areas:
- GAF composition shingle installation.
- Tile installation and repairs.
- Low-slope roofing applications.
- Leak diagnosis, flashing repairs, and dry-rot repairs.
WORKING CREW LEADS
Our leads work alongside their crews while organizing the job, checking materials, maintaining quality and safety, and communicating with our production team.
Crew leads must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets our vehicle insurer’s requirements.
