EXPERIENCED ROOFERS & COMPLETE ROOFING CREWS WANTED
A Better Roofing Company is hiring multiple experienced roofers. We are also open to hiring an established roofing crew that already works well together.
We are based in Livermore and complete projects throughout the Tri-Valley, East Bay, and Oakland areas. We have served Bay Area homeowners since 2000 and are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in quality workmanship.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experienced roofers with residential roofing experience
- Individual roofers and complete roofing crews
- Experience with tear-offs, roof installation, repairs, flashing, and jobsite cleanup
- Experience with composition shingles, tile, or flat roofing is a plus
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work safely and follow company procedures
- Professional attitude and respect for customers and their properties
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
If we hire an entire crew, at least one member of the crew must speak English well enough to communicate with project managers, customers, and the office.
