Looking for an experienced roofing subcontractor for ongoing residential repair work throughout the Tampa Bay area. We have recurring work for dependable contractors who produce quality work, communicate well, and can document completed repairs.

Typical Work:

Shingle repairs and replacement

Storm damage repairs
Leak detection and repairs
Fascia, soffit, and drip edge repairs
Roof decking replacement
Flashing repairs
Small to medium residential roof repairs
Insurance and property management repairs

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of residential roofing experience

Own truck, tools, ladders, and safety equipment
Reliable transportation
Ability to diagnose and complete repairs without supervision
Must take clear before, during, and after photos
Professional communication
Ability to submit invoices electronically

Preferred:

General liability insurance

Workers' compensation (if applicable)
Experience working with property management companies
Ability to perform minor exterior carpentry related to roofing
