We have immediate openings for EXPERIENCED LEAD ROOFERS and EXPERIENCED LABORERS. Lead roofers must have at least 5yrs roofing experience or more and a valid driver’s license required. Must live within 20 miles of Sanford FL.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Job Duties:
1) Responsible for locating leaks and performing roof repairs and maintenance on all roof
systems including but not limited to cold applied BUR, torch applied Modified Bitumen,
EPDM, Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Coatings, and slope (tile/shingles/metal).
Knowledge of these systems are necessary.
2) Ability to perform assigned work orders in a safe and timely manner with strong attention to
detail.
3) Valid drivers’ license.
3) Successful background check, pre-employment drug test and physical.
4) Must not be afraid of heights.
5) Lift up to 50 pounds.
6) Ability to work well with others and be team oriented.
7) Maintain professional interaction with all customers and fellow employees.
8) Responsible for operation and maintenance of all company issued equipment
(Such as vehicles, power tools, phones, hand tools etc). Must keep a clean stocked truck.
9) Computer and Smart phone skills extremely helpful.
10) Must complete your work orders on the phone app, enter labor, material, and detailed
description of leak, deficiencies and repairs, take before, during and after pictures, and
close out procedures.
11) Possess good judgement and decision-making skills.
12) Be reliable, dependable, show up on time and adhere to our safety protocol.
13) Responsible for maintaining constant communication with the Superintendent or Service
Manager throughout the day.
