Experienced Roofing Technician – Inspections & Leak Repairs Needed

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced roofing professionals to join our team. This position focuses on roof inspections, leak diagnostics, and repair work across multiple properties. Candidates must be reliable, skilled, and capable of working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

1.Perform detailed roof inspections to identify issues and deficiencies

2.Diagnose and repair roof leaks on various roofing systems

3.Execute repairs in a timely and professional manner

4.Document findings with photos and clear notes

5.Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

6.Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of roofing experience (required)

Must have own vehicle (TRUCK)
Must have own equipment, including ladders and roofing tools
Ability to work at heights and follow all safety protocols
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be dependable and professional
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
