Experienced RV Technician Wanted – Start ASAP

State 48 RV, a small family-owned dealership in Apache Junction, is looking for an experienced and dependable RV technician to join our team immediately.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot problems independently, and wants a steady position in a friendly, low-stress environment.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair RV electrical systems, including AC and DC
Repair plumbing, LP, HVAC, appliances, and other RV systems
Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
Complete general maintenance and repairs
Assist with customer walk-throughs when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications:

Previous hands-on RV repair experience required

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have your own basic tools
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Honest, professional, and able to work as part of a small team
RV certification is a plus but not required
