EXPERIENCED RV / VAN CONVERSION BUILDER WANTED

Mobile Wellness Vans is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented custom van builder to join our growing team.
We build premium custom Mercedes Sprinter and wellness vehicles for healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and mobile service businesses nationwide. We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and refuses to cut corners.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Complete custom van and conversions
- Cabinet installation and finish carpentry
- Electrical systems (12V, 110V, lithium battery systems)
- Plumbing and water systems
- HVAC installation
- Interior finishing and quality control
- Working directly with ownership to improve designs and production processes
- 3+ years RV, van conversion, marine, or custom coach-building experience
- Strong carpentry and fabrication skills
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
