Experienced Screen Printer

We are a busy screen printing shop in Watertown seeking an experienced screen printer. We run 4 automatic presses and a manual press. Experience running an automatic press is preferred but production experience as a manual screen printer would also be considered.

The job requires an attention to detail as well as the ability to be on your feet all day. Some lifting will also be required.

We are a successful shop (over 30 years in business) with a proven track record for hiring, identifying and retaining employees.

The shop hours typically are 7:30am to 4:30pm with some overtime expected during busy periods.

Starting pay rate: $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience.

The first three months of employment will be considered an introductory period and the position hire will be reevaluated at that point and an adjustment to the hourly rate will be made in accordance with the new hire's displayed abilities, performance and reliability.
