Description
The Print Company is a full-service custom apparel shop in Santa Fe Springs, and we're looking for an experienced screen printer who knows every ink system and takes pride in clean, consistent prints.
You should be able to:
Print with plastisol, water-based, discharge and high density confidently
Set up and register multi-color jobs on manual and automatic presses
Print underbases, halftones, and soft-hand retail prints
Choose the right mesh, squeegee and flash/cure settings for each ink and garment
Troubleshoot bleeding, dye migration, curing and registration problems
Keep your station clean and your jobs on schedule
Nice to have: specialty inks (puff, foil, metallic, glitter), training newer printers, and running a dryer and test-cure process.
Pay: $–$/hr depending on experience, plus.
Schedule: [M-F/40 hours]
