Experienced Sealcoat & Striping Crew Lead — $28-34/hr + bonuses Austin

Austin Pavement Co. is a growing commercial pavement company and we're hiring an experienced crew lead for our sealcoating and striping operation. We work commercial parking lots across the Austin metro.
This is for someone who already knows the trade — knows how to mix, how to prep, how to lay out a lot. You run the rig, run the LineLazer, and run the crew on site.
Pay: $28-34/hr based on experience, plus performance bonuses

W2, paid weekly. Not 1099.

What you bring:

3+ years sealcoating and/or striping experience
Can read a lot and stripe to ADA and fire lane code
Solid on mix ratios, temps, cure times
Valid driver's license, clean record, comfortable towing a trailer
Reliability and pride in finished work
