Experienced Senior Flooring Installers

Durkin's Carpeting is looking to fill time empoyment for experienced carpet and floorcovering installers . Must be xperienced in the flooring install for all flooring including Wood, Laminates, LVT, VCT, sheet goods, carpeting, ceramic, matting, rubber flooring etc. Must have good experience and knowledge working on both commercial and residental jobs and oversee flooring installer helpers on our installations. We run 80-85% Commercial and 15-20% Residental.

You must have a valid Drivers License, with a good driving record. Be able to lift and carry 50 + pound materials, be good communicating with others employees and clients along with speaking and understanding English and be able to work well along side our other installers and follow written work orders and directions put forth by our sales staff.
We are looking for quality tradespersons who knows the the flooring trade for this full time position.

Our work week is simple, Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00PM. You need to be punctual on your work hours and with our staff and here on time as our crews leave each day at 7:30 AM from our Lowell warehouse. These are a full time 40 hour positions on payroll with your earned Vacations, Holidays, Sick Time. (not a subcontractor position.) You will need to pass a background check required on our larger accounts. Company work vans are provided each day and most installations are within 50 miles of Lowell. Durkin's is a commercial flooring established in 1960 out of Lowell with quality reputation.
