What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering customer phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude
- Scheduling annual service appointments for our existing customers
- Organizing contracts, filing paperwork, and keeping office operations running smoothly
- Maintaining office and service supplies
- Picking up parts and supplies from local vendors
- Receiving deliveries at our warehouse
- Delivering materials to installation teams when needed
- Assisting with occasional phone sales and customer follow-up
✅ MUST be management experienced in the field of water, plumbing, solar, roofing, alarms, or similar.
✔ Reliable transportation (required)
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
✔ Comfortable multitasking and working independently
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus, as many of our customers speak Spanish
