Experienced Service Plumbing Technician for Yorkshire Plumbing & Drain Services in Sonoma County

Office is in Santa Rosa, CA | Full-Time

Schedule: Choose from Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday 8:00 AM start every day

Yorkshire Plumbing & Drain Services is a growing, family-owned plumbing company serving Sonoma County. We're looking for an experienced Service Plumbing Technician who wants to build a career, not just find another job.

What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll manage the entire customer experience from start to finish:

Travel to scheduled service calls.

Professionally greet customers and listen to their concerns.
Diagnose plumbing issues accurately.
Clearly explain repair options and provide transparent pricing.
Gather any necessary materials.
Complete clean, high-quality repairs.
Test your work and leave the job site clean.
Collect payment upon completion.
Complete detailed invoices, estimates, photos, and job notes before moving to your next call.
Communicate with customers and the office throughout the day when needed.
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of residential service plumbing experience.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule responsibly.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional—even during challenging customer interactions.
Comfortable discussing repair options and pricing with customers honestly and transparently.
Confident in your abilities while humble enough to ask for help when needed.
Valid California driver's license with a clean DMV driving record.
Clean personal record and ability to pass a background check.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass background check

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
