Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Drain Technician with at least 1–2 years of professional drain cleaning experience.
Although you already have experience, we provide a brief training period to familiarize you with our equipment, procedures, and expectations before assigning you your own fully stocked company vehicle.

Once training is complete, you'll receive:

• Company van (drive to and from work)
• Company phone
• Company uniforms
• Professional drain cleaning equipment
• Video inspection camera
• Ongoing support from experienced office staff and management

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Weekends
• Holidays
• Rotating after-hours on-call schedule

After completing training, technicians participate in the rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and clear residential and commercial drain and sewer blockages.
• Operate professional drain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform sewer camera inspections.
• Educate customers on findings and recommended solutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every job.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
• Complete required job documentation accurately.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional drain cleaning experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
• Commitment to safe work practices
