Experienced Siding / Exterior Carpentry Subcontractor Crew Wanted – Treasure Island, FL

Licensed general contractor looking for an experienced siding subcontractor crew for a residential exterior renovation in Treasure Island, FL.

Project involves installing new James Hardie board-and-batten siding, exterior window and door trim, and miscellaneous exterior carpentry repairs on a small existing home.

Experience with the following is preferred:

• Hardie siding and board-and-batten installation
• Proper window flashing and waterproofing
• Exterior trim and finish carpentry
• Minor wood framing and sheathing repairs
• Working on older homes with uneven wall surfaces

We will supply materials and are looking for labor pricing.

Quality workmanship is a priority. This is an older home with some unique conditions, so we’re looking for a crew that takes pride in doing things correctly rather than rushing through the job.

We are an established general contractor with additional remodeling, additions, and new construction projects coming up throughout the Tampa Bay area. We’re looking to establish a long-term working relationship with a reliable crew.

Please respond with your crew size, experience, availability, photos of previous work, and contact information.
