**Experienced Skid Steer / Equipment Operator – Part\-Time, Growth Opp

Growing land-services company is looking for an experienced equipment operator to join us on a part-time/as-needed basis, with the potential to develop into a full-time position as workload increases.

We are looking for someone who has real hands-on experience with skid steers and land/property improvement work. Experience in several of the following areas is preferred:

• Skid steer operation
• Grading and finish grading
• Gravel driveway installation and restoration
• Site preparation and dirt work
• Land clearing and property cleanup
• Brush and vegetation removal
• Tree removal and chainsaw work
• Operating attachments and other compact equipment
• General outdoor/property improvement projects

This is a good opportunity for someone who knows equipment and understands how to approach a job—not just someone who can move a skid steer around. We value someone who can look at a project, understand what needs to be done, and help determine the best way to complete it efficiently and professionally.

Position will initially be part-time/as needed based on scheduled projects. There is an opportunity for additional hours and potentially a full-time position for the right person as the business continues to grow.

Must be dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working outdoors, and able to work independently when necessary.
